Determines whether or not the FOKUS survey for the specified canton at the specified ballot date covered the specified political level.

Arguments

ballot_date

FOKUS-covered ballot date. One of

  • "2018-09-23"

  • "2018-11-25"

  • "2019-10-20"

  • "2020-09-27"

  • "2020-10-18"

  • "2021-11-28"

  • "2023-06-18"

  • "2024-10-20"

lvl

Political level to test for. One of "cantonal" or "federal".

canton

FOKUS-covered canton name. One of

  • "aargau"

Only relevant if lvl = "cantonal" or ballot_types includes "election".

ballot_types

Ballot type(s). One or more of "referendum" or "election"

prcds

Election procedure(s). One or more of "proportional" and "majoritarian".

Only relevant if ballot_types includes "election".

Value

A logical vector of the same length as (prcds ×) ballot_types, named after lvl(.prcds).ballot_types.
